The company achieved an adjusted EPS of $0.22, surpassing analyst estimates of $0.18, while total revenue also exceeded the FactSet estimate of $245.1 million. CEO Dennis Woodside highlighted the company's successful upmarket strategy, noting a 30% non-GAAP operating margin and a 29% growth in adjusted free cash flow.
Additionally, the company reported that new multi-product employee experience (EX) deals increased by over 35%. Freshworks also provided updated financial guidance for the fourth quarter and full year 2026.
