EchoStar Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.13 billion, a 68.8% decrease from the prior-year period, primarily due to bankruptcy-related deconsolidations of its Pay-TV and satellite services operations. The company achieved net income of $2.78 billion and diluted EPS of $7.97, a significant improvement compared to the $12.78 billion loss and $44.37 loss per share reported in the same quarter last year. Wireless service revenue increased by 2.3% during the quarter, though the segment saw a decline of 182,000 subscribers and higher churn. EchoStar continues its transition to a hybrid mobile network operator utilizing AT&T's network.

Additionally, the company noted that DISH DBS emerged from bankruptcy on October 1, 2026, and plans to reconsolidate its business operations prospectively.
