ADB Keeps China's Growth Forecast Unchanged for 2026

The Asian Development Bank kept its economic growth estimate for China unchanged for 2026. In its Asian ​Development Outlook update published late Wednesday, the ADB expects the country's economy to grow 4.6% in 2026, unchanged from its April estimate. For 2027, the real GDP growth estimate also remained at 4.5%. The ADB expects inflation in China to rise to 1.2% in 2026 from 0.0% in 2025, higher than the 0.6% April projection.
