The Dow Jones Index Closes 0.51% Lower

The Dow Jones Index dropped 267 points or 0.51 percent on Tuesday to close at 51717 points. Losses were led by Sherwin-Williams (-3.33%), Merck (-2.62%) and Home Depot (-2.24%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Microsoft (2.82%), Nvidia (2.34%) and Amazon (2.06%).
