Amgen Reports Q3 2026 Revenue of $10.4 Billion, Up 8%

Amgen announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results, reporting revenue of $10.37 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $6.45, both surpassing analyst consensus estimates of $10.07 billion and $5.79, respectively. Driven by an 8% increase in product sales, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $38.9 billion to $39.7 billion, up from its previous forecast of $38.2 billion to $39.4 billion. Additionally, the company increased its projection for full-year adjusted earnings per share to $22.90 to $23.70, compared to the prior guidance of $22.30 to $23.50. Management attributed the performance to volume growth across its core product portfolio.
