Third-quarter revenue and income rose 40% year over year to $231 million, net income was $34 million and Adjusted EBITDA increased 38% to $154 million. The company raised and narrowed its 2026 revenue guidance to $810 million-$830 million and Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $575 million-$590 million.
Enlight Renewable Energy reported third-quarter 2026 total revenues and income of $231 million, a 40% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Net income reached $34 million, while Adjusted EBITDA rose 38% to $154 million. The company attributed these results to the commencement of operations at new projects, electricity trading activity in Israel, and favorable foreign-exchange effects. Concurrently, management raised and narrowed its 2026 guidance, now expecting revenues between $810 million and $830 million and Adjusted EBITDA between $575 million and $590 million.
These updated figures reflect strong operating performance during the first nine months of the year and higher electricity prices in Europe.
