Brazil oil output reaches 4.71 million bpd in September, up 20.3% year over year

Brazil's oil production rose 20.3% year-on-year in September to 4.71 million barrels per day, setting a new record, oil regulator ANP said on Tuesday.Natural gas output was up 17.5% to 223.98 million cubic meters per day.
