Gamma Communications (GAMA.L) requested and was approved by the UK's Panel on Takeovers and Mergers to extend the deadline for merger talks with Epiris. The put-up-or-shut-up deadline was extended to Aug. 5, as discussions continue, according to a Wednesday release. The communication services company said there is no certainty that an offer will be made.
