Shield Therapeutics reported group net revenue of $11.5 million for the third quarter of 2026, representing a 2% increase quarter-on-quarter when excluding prior-period milestone revenue. US net revenue for its flagship product, ACCRUFeR, rose 5% to $10.8 million, with the average net revenue per prescription increasing 4% to $217. The company noted that it assumed full commercial responsibility for ACCRUFeR in the United States effective October 1, 2026, a move intended to improve gross margins and revenue retention. Additionally, the company shifted its fiscal year 2026 guidance to a single-digit US$ million operating loss.
Management highlighted that commercial prescription growth between Q1 and Q3 2026 has helped offset declines in Medicaid volume.
