Citi analyst Conor Dwyer downgraded Lufthansa to Sell from Neutral with a price target of EUR 8.70, up from EUR 8.20. Lufthansa's current valuation "appears less compelling following the recent rally," says the analyst, who thinks earnings revisions are skewed to the downside as competition re-emerges on eastern long-haul routes and believes uncertainty relating to staff relations could risk further costly disruption.
