MPC Energy Solutions Seeks Shareholder Approval to Delist From Euronext Growth Oslo

MPC Energy Solutions will ask shareholders on 8 December 2026 to approve delisting from Euronext Growth Oslo, registering on Euronext NOTC and converting from a Dutch NV to a Dutch BV. The company says it does not anticipate raising additional public-market capital.
