Franklin Covey Agrees to Divest Direct China Operation

Franklin Covey said it agreed to divest its direct operation in China to Shanghai Hanquan Trading Co. The company said local ownership would provide greater flexibility to navigate the market while it continues to assist organizations and leaders.
