Harmonic Reports Q3 Revenue of $148.8 Million, Raises 2026 Guidance

Harmonic Inc. announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended October 2, 2026, reporting a 64% year-over-year revenue increase to $148.8 million. The company attributed this growth primarily to strong performance in its 'Rest-of-Market' segment, which more than doubled compared to the prior year. Following the divestiture of its legacy video business earlier in 2026, Harmonic now operates as a pure-play broadband technology provider.
Management also raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $545 million to $555 million. Additionally, the company introduced several new fiber and intelligence products, including its Recon platform, Oyster+, cOS Loop, and cOS SensAI.
