Mill Pond Capital Plans to Vote 700,000 H&R Units Against Proposed Deal

Mill Pond says it intends to vote approximately 700,000 additional H&R units against the proposed transaction at the November 13 meeting, if eligible. It says it and related entities own or control approximately 2.9 million units.
