Mill Pond’s Daniel Farb Calls for H&R REIT Changes if Unitholders Reject Arrangement

Daniel Farb said H&R REIT should terminate the arrangement, restore monthly distributions, sell its industrial portfolio and refresh its board if unitholders vote against it on November 13.
