Mill Pond's Daniel Farb Urges H&R REIT Trustees to Terminate Arrangement if Unitholders Vote Against

Daniel Farb, managing member of Mill Pond Capital, addressed H&R REIT trustees ahead of a November 13 unitholder vote, calling for termination of the arrangement, restored monthly distributions, sale of the industrial portfolio and board refreshment if unitholders vote against.
