Inuvo Exchanges $1.2 Million Note for $1.308 Million Secured Note

Inuvo exchanged $1.2 million of principal on its Secured Promissory Note B for a new $1.308 million Secured Promissory Note A-2 with Streeterville Capital. The new note accrues interest at 9% annually and is due June 29, 2028.
