LXP Industrial Trust Requests NYSE Delisting After Merger

Following mergers completed November 2, 2026, LXP Industrial Trust requested suspension and delisting of its common and Series C preferred shares and a Form 25 filing. The merger converted common shares into cash and preferred shares into units.
