Associated British Foods Finalizes Purchase of Hovis Group

Associated British Foods (ABF.L) completed the acquisition of integrated bakery business Hovis Group from Endless LLP. The food processing company will start integrating Hovis with its UK bakery business, Allied Bakeries, shortly and start operating it as Hovis Bakeries, effective immediately, according to a Wednesday filing. Associated British Foods expects the acquisition to dilute its earnings marginally in fiscal 2027 and boost them thereafter.
