LSEG Completes Buyback, Acquiring 495,364 Shares

LSEG purchased the shares from BNP Paribas between 26 October and 30 October 2026 and intends to cancel them. After cancellation, it will have 480,251,595 ordinary shares in issue and 20,188,599 shares in treasury, about 4.04% of issued share capital.
