For the full-year 2026, Bristol Myers Squibb has raised its revenue guidance to a range of $49.75 billion to $50.25 billion, up from the previous range of $49 billion to $50 billion. Conversely, the company lowered its non-GAAP EPS guidance to $6.35—$6.55 from the prior $6.75—$7.00 range. This adjustment is primarily attributed to an expected $0.60-per-share net impact from acquired in-process research and development (IPRD) charges and licensing income. The company maintained its gross margin guidance of approximately 69% to 70% and operating expense guidance of approximately $16.5 billion, while lowering its expected other expense to approximately $650 million.
