Sumou Partners With Saudi Downtown on Al Khobar Residential Project

Saudi-listed Sumou Real Estate signed an agreement with Saudi Downtown Company to develop, construct, market and sell a residential project in Downtown Al Khobar. The project will include mid-rise buildings on a 28,292-sq-m plot south of the Boulevard.
