Freddie Mac Reports $1.1B in STACR Notes Tendered

Approximately $1.1 billion aggregate original principal amount of STACR notes had been tendered and not withdrawn by the Oct. 30 expiration. Settlement for notes accepted for purchase is expected Nov. 3.
