The UK's Competition and Markets Authority is inviting comments on German electric utility E.ON's (EOAN.F) planned takeover of British energy retailer OVO Energy. Interested parties may send their initial take on the deal's potential impact on competition in the UK until July 23, according to a Wednesday release.
