Unite Group Reaffirms FY26 Adjusted EPS Guidance
Unite Group (UTG.L) on Wednesday reaffirmed its guidance for adjusted EPS for full-year 2026. For the 12 months ending Dec. 31, the British student accommodation owner and operator still expects adjusted EPS between 0.415 pound sterling and 0.430 pound. The group also maintained its guidance for a flat to 2% increase in like-for-like income for the 2026/2027 academic year.
