Hornbeck Signs Five-Year Services Agreement With Shell

Hornbeck Offshore Services agreed to provide deepwater services in the U.S. Gulf of America. Operations are scheduled to begin in 2027, with a riser-based well intervention vessel and a support vessel contracted for five years.
