Medartis Raises 2026 Growth Forecast on US Performance

Medartis expects organic core revenue growth at constant exchange rates to exceed its previous guidance range and core EBITDA margin to reach the upper end of its “high teens” range. It raised its full-year Touch prosthesis procedure estimate to about 3,000, from 1,800 projected in August; more than 2,000 procedures had been performed by the end of October.

Medartis announced an upward revision to its 2026 growth forecast, citing dynamic performance in its US operations. The company expects to exceed its revenue target, which had already been raised in August, with organic core revenue growth at constant exchange rates likely to surpass the previous guidance range of 17 to 19 percent. Additionally, the company anticipates its core EBITDA margin will reach the upper end of its 'high teens' percentage range.

A key driver of this growth is the Touch thumb saddle joint prosthesis, which saw over 2,000 procedures performed by the end of October; the company has now increased its full-year expectation for these procedures to approximately 3,000, up from the 1,800 units projected in August. Outside the US, the company reported continued positive development in its endoprosthetics and osteosynthesis segments, particularly in the EMEA region.
