Indonesia Raises Coal Benchmarks for First Half of November

The energy ministry raised the 5,300-kcal coal benchmark to $97.85 per metric ton and the 4,100-kcal grade to $69.28 per ton. Prices for all grades except 6,322-kcal coal were raised.
