Dovre Group Plc, which had been in corporate debt restructuring proceedings, has officially filed for bankruptcy with the Länsi-Uusimaa District Court. The decision followed an assessment by the restructuring administrator, who informed the company that he would not support its proposed reverse listing arrangement, citing that the plan and the associated debt reduction could not be reconciled. Consequently, the administrator stated he would not prepare a proposal for a restructuring program, effectively removing a primary path to the company's survival.

The board of directors noted that the company's assets had already been sold through voluntary transactions on terms they considered more favorable than those likely to be achieved in bankruptcy proceedings.
