NewHold, newcleo Report Registration Statement Filing for Merger

NewHold Investment (NHIC) and newcleo said late Tuesday newcleo has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission over their planned merger. The merger is expected to close in H2, the companies said. The combined company will operate as newcleo and is expected to list on Nasdaq under the "NWCL" ticker. NewHold is a blank check firm, and newcleo focuses on modular reactor technology and nuclear fuel manufacturing.
