Penguin Solutions Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Raises FY26 Earnings Outlook

Penguin Solutions (PENG) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.84 per diluted share, up from $0.47 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.54. Revenue in the quarter rose to $479 million from $324 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $407 million. The company raised its FY26 outlook and mow expects EPS of $2.60, plus or minus $0.05. Analysts project EPS of $1.19.
