PTC Partners With Whatfix to Help Manufacturers Accelerate PLM Software Adoption

PTC (PTC) has partnered with Whatfix to help manufacturers improve adoption of Product Lifecycle Management systems and optimize engineering workflows, the latter said Tuesday. The partnership will combine PTC's Windchill PLM platform with Whatfix's AI-powered digital adoption tools, providing users with in-app guidance, workflow support and adoption analytics, it said. The company said the collaboration will support manufacturers across sectors including automotive, industrial equipment and medical devices by improving user training, workflow execution and operational efficiency. Whatfix said the partnership will help organizations address challenges around software adoption and maximize returns from PLM investments.
