Texas Community Bancshares to Acquire Banc of San Jacinto County for $9.5 Million

Texas Community Bancshares agreed to acquire The Banc of San Jacinto County Bancshares in an all-cash transaction valued at $9.5 million, subject to permitted tax distributions. The target and its bank subsidiary are expected to merge into Texas Community Bancshares and Broadstreet Bank, respectively.
