AppLovin price target raised to $575 from $571 at Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo raised the firm's price target on AppLovin to $575 from $571 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Mobile game checks in Q2 indicate weaker ROAS driven by cost-per-install inflation and AppLovin category share has peaked at about 45%, says the firm. Web advertising share of wallet 5%-10% hasn't changed much year-to-date new advertiser growth modest, adds Wells, which sees a tough setup into Q2 EPS.
