Aero Win Technology's Profit Surges in May; Shares Drop 6%

Aero Win Technology (TPE:8222) posted net profit attributable to shareholders of NT$7 million for May, up from NT$3 million a year earlier, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing. Shares slumped over 6% in Tuesday's midday trade. Earnings per share for the month rose to NT$0.10 from NT$0.04 a year ago. For the first quarter, Aero Win reported reviewed net profit attributable to shareholders of NT$26 million, up 24% from a year earlier, with earnings per share of NT$0.37, compared with NT$0.31 a year ago.
