China Buys More Middle Eastern Oil Amid Huge Discounts

China has purchased more oil than usual, buying 26 million barrels from the Middle East due for delivery in July or August, the Financial Times reported, citing Argus. Huge discounts from Saudi Arabia may have fueled the purchase, which is bigger than the usual 5.5 million haul before the war, the report said.
