Sunbelt Rentals Plans Private Offering of Senior Notes

Sunbelt Rentals (SUNB) said Monday it intends to launch a private offering of two benchmark-sized series of senior notes. The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment or refinancing, capital expenditures, working capital, and other business opportunities.
