Alkermes Begins Phase 2 Study of ALKS 7290 for Depression

The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate ALKS 7290 as an adjunct to antidepressants in adults with major depressive disorder. It targets about 180 participants over six weeks, with safety as the primary endpoint and symptom change as a secondary endpoint.
