SmartRent Partners With Hexaware for Operational Transformation
SmartRent (SMRT) partnered with IT service provider Hexaware Technologies to improve its revenue and customer operations using artificial intelligence, Hexaware said Monday. Hexaware will run SmartRent's customer support operations from its Hyderabad delivery center, integrating voice-based AI tools across voice, email and chat channels, the company said. SmartRent (SMRT) has entered a partnership with Hexaware Technologies to help transform its customer support and other services using artificial intelligence, Hexaware said Monday.
Under the partnership, Hexaware will manage SmartRent's customer support operations from its Hyderabad delivery center, deploy and manage its bill-to-cash platform to help improve revenue from operations, and improve SmartRent's lead-to-order process by implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
SmartRent shares were 1.4% higher in Monday trading.
