Intermap Technologies Launches Automated Solution That Corrects Satellite Imagery Distortions

Intermap Technologies (IMP.TO) has launched a solution that automatically converts 2D satellite imagery into accurate geospatial data. The company's AI-enabled Orthorectification Service allows users to generate "analysis-ready" satellite imagery within their existing workflows. The service corrects distortions in satellite imagery, and combines automated processing with global terrain data, a statement said. As commercial satellite capacity expands, demand is increasing for scalable image correction and analytics, Intermap added.
