Japan Seeks Gulf Oil Storage Cooperation to Bolster Energy Security

Japan is counting on oil storage arrangements with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Japanese companies would have priority access to the crude in an emergency, the trade ministry said.
