OPay Prices 16 Million ADSs at $19 in IPO

OPay priced 16,000,000 ADSs at $19.00 each and expects trading to begin today on the NYSE under OPAY. Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,400,000 additional ADSs; closing is expected Nov. 2, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
