Ynvisible Interactive Raises C$246,000 Via Final Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement

Ynvisible Interactive (YNV.V) closed the second and final tranche of its follow-up non-brokered private placement, raising C$246,000, it said late Friday. As part of the final tranche, the company issued 2.5 million units at C$0.10 apiece. The company has in total issued 5.8-million units and raised C$579,000. Funds raised will be used for working capital and for general corporate needs, it said. Company insiders participated in the final tranche, acquiring about 1 million units for C$100,000.
