Zuoli Kechuang Micro-finance Leases Office Properties

Zuoli Kechuang Micro-finance Company (HKG:6866) entered into agreements to lease two properties from Zuoli Holdings for three years. The company will lease the 22nd floor and public area while unit Deqing Jinhui Micro-finance will lease the 15th floor and public area of a building in Zhejiang, China, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing. The properties will be used for office purposes for a term starting July 7, 2026 and ending July 6, 2029.
