Jet.AI Shareholders Approve flyExclusive Merger Deal
flyExclusive (FLYX) said Monday that Jet.AI (JTAI) shareholders have approved the proposed merger of the two companies, which was first announced in February 2025. "The approval removes a significant transaction milestone and allows management to remain focused on executing the company's operating strategy and continuing its recent financial momentum," flyExclusive said in a statement. The companies said they expect the merger to close on or about Tuesday. Shares of flyExclusive gained 1.2% pre-bell, while Jet.AI shares were up close to 6% pre-bell.
