Anthropic Enters 20-Year Lease Agreement to Use TeraWulf Data Center in Kentucky

TeraWulf (WULF) said Monday in a regulatory filing it has entered into a 20-year lease agreement with Anthropic for the AI company to use its Justified Data campus in Hawesville, Kentucky. The lease is expected to generate about $19 billion of contracted revenue over the initial lease term, TeraWulf said. Separately, TeraWulf also said it has agreed to sell its 50.1% ownership stake in the Abernathy Joint Venture to an investor group led by Fluidstack.
