Lelantos Holdings Merges With Airtopia Adventure Parks

Lelantos Holdings, Inc. (OTCID: LNTO ) today announced the successful completion of a reverse merger with Airtopia Adventure Parks, pursuant to which Airtopia has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
