Proya Shares Hit Limit Down, Touch Lowest Since February 2020

China cosmetics producer Proya fell as much as the daily limit Friday morning to 48.86 yuan, its lowest since Feb. 4, 2020, and closed the morning session down 8.4%. Citigroup lowered its price target.
