Emilshus to Buy 10 Swedish Light Industrial Properties for SEK456 Million

Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus (EMIL-B.ST) agreed to buy 10 light industrial properties in Sweden for 456 million kronor via six separate transactions. The property company said in a Monday release that the properties span 36,200 square meters and have an annual rental value of 35 million kronor. Six of the properties are located in Skåne. Emilshus completed the acquisition of five of the properties in the second quarter and closed another two acquisitions in July. Acquisition of one of the properties is expected to be finalized in the third quarter and two deals are slated for closing in the fourth quarter.
