Implenia Bags CHF180 Million Renovation Projects in Switzerland, Germany

Implenia (IMPN.SW) secured property renovation contracts worth 180 million francs in Switzerland and Germany, according to a Monday release. In Switzerland, the construction company will renovate 14 properties in the Lausanne region and two historic residential properties at Avenue de France 39-41 in Lausanne. It will also convert a commercial property in Zurich into a residential building and upgrade and extend the Shopping Arena St. Gallen. Implenia will also oversee the maintenance, repair and renovation of a 209-unit housing estate in Delitzsch, Germany. The projects are expected to be delivered between 2027 and 2031.
